A welcoming introduction to belly dance through the Feminine Rhythm™ approach. This is where many participants begin — exploring foundational movement and technique while reconnecting with your inner rhythm, cultivating presence, and returning to a deeper connection with your feminine essence through rhythm, presence, and joy.
Great for those without any belly dancing experience.

Feminine Rhythm Signature Workshops
Each workshop invites you into a different dimension of Feminine Rhythm™ through belly dance, rhythm, presence, and play. In a culture that often overtrains speed, pressure, performance, and constant doing, these workshops offer a beautiful space to reconnect with your feminine essence through receptivity, attunement, softness, flow, and embodied listening.

The Magic Veil is a Feminine Rhythm™ veil workshop where students reconnect with inner presence, awaken feminine essence, and learn to dance with the veil in a way that feels joyful, graceful, and deeply connected. This workshop includes free Friday Feminine Rhythm™ Parties — our fun community dance nights where all classes come together to move, explore, and celebrate.
This workshop is for beginners – you will need to purchase your veil – link will be provided.

In Feminine Rhythm™, joy helps the body soften into presence, open to play, and gives your inner sparkle permission to stop hiding and start shimmying. This class is about laughing, moving, and bringing your bling back with style.

Included with every 8-week workshop, our Feminine Rhythm™ Friday Parties are some of the most loved gatherings in the community. Each week offers something a little different — from belly dance workouts and technique masterclasses to playful explorations of styles like Bollywood, salsa, and samba, dancing with candles, henna parties, or simply a joyful space to move, connect, and have fun together.
More than a bonus event, these gatherings are an important part of what Feminine Rhythm™ is all about. They create space for women to come together, unwind, and be nourished by movement, joy, and shared presence. This is where all classes come together, friendships grow, and the community comes alive. It's a space where women can feel supported, soften, and remember that connection itself can be deeply restorative.
