I release and hold harmless Deise, LLC, Maya's Belly Dancing, Feminine Rhythm™, Maya Salim, Deise Russell, Virginia Tango Studio, and any teachers, instructors, assistants, contractors, or staff hired by Deise, LLC from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in these classes, workshops, events, or related activities, whether occurring on or off the premises.I understand that photos and videos may occasionally be taken during classes, workshops, events, or related activities. I grant Deise, LLC, Maya's Belly Dancing, and Feminine Rhythm™ permission to use my image, likeness, photos, and/or videos for business, promotional, educational, social media, website, and marketing purposes. If I do not feel comfortable having my photo or video used, I understand that I can simply let Deise know.
